These allergy-friendly nachos are layered with bold flavor, melty dairy-free cheese, and all the toppings that make snack time feel like a celebration. Whether it’s game day or a weeknight treat, this platter brings everyone to the table—without the stress.
Ingredients
Allergy-safe tortilla chips (check for cross-contact warnings)
Ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
Taco seasoning – homemade or store-bought, top-9-free
Dairy-free shredded cheese – meltable and allergy-safe ( Daiya Mexican blend is a great choice)
Guacamole – store-bought or homemade with avocado, lime, garlic, and salt
Pickled jalapeños – optional for heat
Chopped green onions – for color and crunch
Optional extras: chopped tomatoes, black olives, shredded lettuce, chopped red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown the ground meat in a skillet with taco seasoning.
Spread chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Layer with seasoned meat and dairy-free cheese.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melty and edges are crisp.
Top with guac, jalapeños, green onions, and any extras.
Serve warm with extra guac or salsa on the side.
