Snack Brands We Trust (Dairy, Egg & Peanut-Free)
If you’re anything like me, snacks are what keep our household running. Between school, sports, and just everyday life, I always need something quick and safe on hand. But finding snacks that are dairy-free, egg-free, and peanut-free (and that my kids actually want to eat) can feel like an endless hunt.
Over the years, we’ve built up a list of “go-to” brands that I trust enough to keep stocked in our pantry, lunchboxes, and car snack bag. Sharing them here in case it saves you some of the trial-and-error (and grocery store overwhelm!).
🛑 Important Note: Many of these brands lend themselves to being Top 9 allergen-free—but always double-check labels. Recipes and manufacturing practices can change, and what’s safe today might not be tomorrow. These are brands that currently work for our family.🛑

MadeGood Minis → Little snack packs that feel like a treat but are safe.
Partake Cookies → Fun flavors, safe for dairy/egg/peanut allergies.
💡 Final Tips
Some families find it helpful to keep a dedicated “safe snack basket” in the pantry so kids know what’s always okay to grab. We keep our whole house allergen-free, so that’s not something we personally need—but it can be a great tool in mixed-allergy households or when visiting relatives.
For school, I always send extras for the classroom—just in case there’s a birthday treat or surprise snack time. It’s one less thing to worry about.
And for playdates? I pack a few individually wrapped safe snacks. It’s simple, and it saves the awkwardness of having to double-check someone else’s pantry.
Snacks are one of those small but mighty ways we make life with allergies a little easier. Hopefully this list helps take some of the stress out of stocking up—and gives you a few new favorites to try.
Here’s to making allergy life a little simpler, one day at a time.
