Fill & Bake Fill cupcake liners about ¾ full. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool Completely Let cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully before frosting.
Decorate Frost with Funfetti Vanilla Frosting and top with sprinkles if desired.
Allergy Mom Tips:
Powdered egg replacer gives consistent, fluffy results—no sinking centers!
Freeze unfrosted cupcakes in a gallon-size freezer bag for up to 3 months. Just thaw and frost when needed.
